MATTHEW HOWIE – Writer & Director – is a UK based student currently in his fourth and final year studying for a BA Honours degree in Film & Television at Edinburgh University (ECA). He recently completed a work placement at the Oscar winning Aardman Features on their newest production ‘Shaun the Sheep’. For the past few years he has cemented his love for the craft by creating dramas, promos and documentaries for college & University courses. He has also participated in extra curricular projects, such as filming the showcase of a local artist as he revealed his photography to the world, writing and directing a music video for an Edinburgh based Hip Hop group, and making short films in his spare time.
